Title: Etherdongle Minimum Operating Temperature
Post by: Jeffl on December 20, 2014,
From what I can see the Standard Clock Oscillators is good to -20c or -4f.  Everything else is good to -40c/-40f.  Does this look correct?

This sounds correct. It generates enough heat in operation that as long as it is in its case it will operate at very low temps likely lower than those stated as the unit will not see that low of a temp.

I ran both of my Etherdongles outside last year and inside a rubbermaid outdoor storage container ... and it did get to -18F and didn't seem to have any issues.  Now "I" had some issues ... lol ... but this year I run them all inside ... my battery boxes with power supplies in them seem to keep warmer as well.

-18F is an extreme test.    Thanks
