I just wanted to share my recent misfortune and how CSI took care of me and turned a bad day into a good one.
I ordered a few things online with CSI (soldering station, solder...) and UPS left the package at the door mid-day on Monday according to the tracking ticket...but when I came back home in the evening, there was nothing! I called UPS and was told the shipper has to file a claim. I called CSI, told them what happened. They contacted UPS and called me back 30 minutes later to inform me that because it could take weeks for the claim to be processed, they would not wait and send me immediately at no charge a new package... and this is what I call an awesome service from a company with customers' best interest in mind! Many thanks CSI! and to the folks here who have led me to do business with that company.
