I use a standard straight coupling, glue then cross drill perpendicular to slide cross pipe through.

Thanks for the ideas. The cpvc is smaller than pvc. Taping the ends hasn't worked to good. I have been busy with roof repares, after the last storm in the area. Hope to start hacking on some cpvc fittings soon. My plan is to cut the backs off of some 90's, and glue them together. If that does not prove out then it will be some T's.

Ive been a plumber for 27 years and I caant remember ever seeing a cpvc cross for domestic water ... I know they make them for sprinkler systems but not for domestic...
Its the most wonderful time of the year.
