One of the things I want to try is making tranlucent covers for the smart string nodes.

I've been wondering if it would be cost effective to design a box for LE's or Dongles using a 3D printer.
But yes, I totally agree with rrowan, It would be fun to own one...

I've been looking into 3D printers for about a year now and finally made the leap and got on the list for one.  Most of the "affordable" ones (under a grand) don't have a build volume for a LE case.  Unless you build it in parts then glue it together.  Dongles are possible.  One of the projects on my list of things to design and print is a case for the servo controller.
