Any available PIC for a dongle?

I would like to purchase a PIC for the DMX dongle (programed if possible  :-)  ) .  I ordered parts from Mouser to build one but the 512-FQP27P06 is backordered till March.  Does anyone have a spare laying around that I could purchase?
