Title: Nutcracker: New effect, garlands

I am now going and reconnecting all the effects I have. In the process of doing this I thought up another effect last night. Since it is fairly simple, i am releasing it first.

You will now see two choices in the effects form (spirals and garlands).

Any of your target models will work with this new effect.

All the prompts you will recognize except for one

garland type

0 = circles

1 = garland type 1

its like christmas every day with nutcracker!

Here is varying the spacing between garlands, it creates different effects
