Arch fatigue. Using thin-wall PVC doesn't cut it when you drill 3/8" holes to fish the extension cords through, not even with a 3/4" insert for strength. Arches 2 and 3 buckled at the weak peak. 15 hours each of prepping/wrapping/wiring wasted

LoginArch #1 had just 1/4" fish holes, and survived. But it was so much trouble to reverse fish the wires. Now, thick-wall is in place for 2, 3 and 4 for natural pre-stressing in the sun. But I don't have the heart to wrap them yet... other priorities!
