Black Out Caps Needed

I am looking for about 500 black out caps for incandescent mini bulbs. I have found a lot of people that sell them but they want as much for postage as the cost of the caps.
Anyone know of a site that does not ripe you off for the postage??????

I looked at that site when you checkout postage is $10 which is out of line for that small weight & box.
