Title: How To Set Unit ID For LE
Post by: mmais68569 on January 27, 2011,
I am going to add 3 LE this year & need to know how to set the unit ID's.
I know the first one will be 001, second 017 & third 033, but how & where do I do this?
I am used to using LOR so this is all new to me.

This is easy, you just push the buttons to make the display read the channel.  Does anyone remember where I left that video showing me changing channels?

Put the LE in program mode by hitting the "mode" button until the display reads PA6 (or something like that). Then use the "select" button to increment the first digit on the display. Hit mode again to move the "period" to the next digit. Use the "select" button to increment the second digit and repeat for the third digit. Now hit "mode" again to get out of program mode. If you power off and then on, it should come up with the start address reading on the display.

You could also set the start channel with the LE Configuration Utility when you program the light curves.  The manual in the wiki has the basic instructions on how to download and use the configuration utility.
