Keith, if I remember correctly, it was kind of expensive at Home Depot the last time I was there. Unless I was looking at the wrong thing? George

You mean heat shrink tube for wires?

If you search around, there is a type which has heat activated glue inside.  That is what I use - I feel it's a little more waterproof than standard tube.  I've purchased mine from Digikey, but others probably have it.  Don't know about the big box stores, though...Home Depot, Radioshack, etc.

Just got my this weeks order from for just shrink tubing. Same product as eveyone else but cheaper. Shipping is fairly resonable and quick. (not a paid spokesman either).

hot glue also works.

for the SS wires, which are 20ga ... the 1/16 shrink tubing works great.

I used 1/16" on the individual wires and then 1/8" around all 3 wires to hold them together and keep them from splitting up to the node.
