Title: Is the Lynx Express able to run DMX 240V outputs?
Post by: battle79 on December 22, 2012,
Hi All,

Just wanting to know if this board is capable of running 240V outputs in DMX?

Also can the SSR4 w/ DMX be modified by a resistor swap like most boards to run 240V?

The Express is drastically cheaper  then a LOR board, and the SSR4 w/DMX is cheaper again, so really hoping I can make use of these in Australia and same some money for the lights themselves.

Regards,
Rowan

Appendix B of the Lynx Express assembly manual has the modification instructions for 240 VAC operation.

There is also an alternate firmware for 50hz operation. I'm thinking you will have to pm RJ to get it unless someone else forwards a copy to you.
