Title: Feature request - test tab

Matt,

Have only just started using xLights / Nutcracker and have a couple of enhancement requests.

a) On the test tab, background color can be selected. Could the option for foreground color be added.
b) When using the sliders on the RGB test tab, if you see a color you like on the lights you are testing, it would be great to be able access the color picker, (while still on the RGB test tab), to enter the RGB values into custom colors for use in Nutcracker.

Ricks ColorFinder program in the wiki will solve #2 for you.

And in the Nutcracker tab, when you click on any of the 6 colors shown it brings up a color picker. You can pick colors and then save the 6 colors as a named palette. You could have a palette for Halloween another for Christmas a third for 4th of july.

Left click one of the 6 colors and then click "Define Custom Colors".

twooly, thanks. I did not know about the color finder. I have downloaded it and it will be a useful tool to use.

sean, yes I have used the color picker on the nutcracker tab and  the custom colors.

I have edited my OP to try and make it clearer. I would like to call up the color picker while still on the test tab. Sorry for any confusion.
