Title: downloading for dummies...

Ok I am not a computer genius nor anywhere near it....  so i need some help PLEASE!!!!   <fp.   I REALLY REALLY dont want to have to ask my wife for help!!!   LOL...   so if anyone can help me, that would be greatly appreciated! 

(step by step is gonna be needed!)

A little more info is needed please - what are you trying to DL - Vixen ??? Hex files for PIC
What are you using to DL with windows mac ???
what are you trying to DL
is it problems with installing files or find where you DL them ?
Willing to help but need to know more of what you need ...
