Title: Bobcat 6V power supply
Post by: diceman3807 on July 15, 2013,
I've went through all my power supplies, and not a single 6V one with more than 800 ma....

I've searched online, and found several 2A supplies out there, but found on ebay some 3A suckers at under $9...

http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-6V-3000mA-3A-AC-DC-Power-ac-adapter-Power-supply-/290372976933

Any suggestions on 6V power supplies...or take my chances?

Jon

I've used 5vdc 2000 ma power supplies. The measured output was 5.2vdc on 2 buckey skulls running the jaw.

5V should be fine for most applications.  Some of the bigger servos want a little  higher voltage for speed.
