What is the voltage coming out of the audio from the MP3 player conductor?

I think its 3.3 volts

Lets not forget that this is an audio signal and as such, 'voltage' is not so simple.  The best way to put it is that it is a line out signal and is not strong enough to drive a speaker directly if that is what you are trying to determine.

Why I wanted to know is that to use a signal with a amplifier your need between 2 to 5 volts about.
Some amplifiers are different up or down. The spec on this say 3.3 volts just want to make sure that was right.

If it can drive a transmitter or a pair of headphones, then it should have no problem driving an amp so you sould be good to go.

I talk to kicker engineer who said there amplifier needs from 2 to 5 volts input  to operate correct.
More it will shut down. To little you will not get any hood amplification.
