I just built an express and everything seems to work fine except the data led stays on continuously. I haven't plug any cables into the jacks. It just stays lit. Any thoughts?

That is an issue with some of the RS485's but it doesn't interfear with the actual operation of the chip or the ES so it is best ignored.
