Title: No Output - HELP!

HELP - We have NO output in LightshowPro 2.5 (we did not upgrade this year to 2.8) -- from our 2 pixelnet dongles - XLights testing works fine - so it is not hardware, I don't think - I have output enabled, I have optimized sequence, I have configured the controller, I have tested with a simple sequence and nothing .. I am going out of my mind... Please help. We have a large group coming at end of this week to view our show... :0(
