Hoping there is someone in the Sacramento Area that can reflash my pic. I bought a bunch of kits and none of them seem to work?

Are you getting the 5V and 3.3V LED's lighting up?

yes i get both lights but nothing comes out. I

Most of the PIC's were programmed in the coop purchases.  Does any text appear on the LE display when you power it up and if so, what is the number at the end?

I have been researching the thread and it should read 60hz. I have removed the H11A chip and put in a known good one and still get 50hz. I touched up the solder joints and still get 50hz? I am still reading past threads in hopes I can figure out what is wrong.
