Would like to buy or trade for a DMX Dongle or the Interface Modules USB-FIFO Adapter (the one  in mine has failed).

You can buy the DLP-USB245M-G2 at Mouser it is a direct replacement.

Danny,

Place the USB Module and the 28-pin socket at the same time.  You'll see they collide ever so slightly.  I soldered two opposing pins on the USB Module and then soldered two opposing pins on the IC socket, checked clearance, and checked all the pins on the IC socket to ensure they made it into their respective PCB holes.   You can gently reposition the IC socket ever so slightly to ensure both fit.

I will build another next week and post pictures.

Welp, knows how that goes.  :)   I was side railed with a little knee surgery, I'm improving, just delayed a bit.   And yes, before you ask, that IS my soldering knee!!   ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Thank you Danny!!  As my gkids are fond of saying, if they replace too many more parts I'll be able to buy the $6million dollar man with leftover parts!!  HAHAHAHA!!

Meanwhile, Happy Independence Day everyone!!  I hope everyone was safe!!  Now, we can begin Halloween decorating, correct?
