Title: New Firmware to fix Rev B pic problem

This is the new firmware that will allow you to program LNT using the Express Config Utility on the express with newer pics. It will replace the firmware on the wiki and works on all PIC chips.

Well not totally true :D

I updated the link to the new version. Just need a checksum number now.
