Title: Dongle PCB coop

I am currently out of Dongle pcbs but we have a bunch of new users needing them so I am planing to order a batch. I normally open a pcb only coop for them to try and get them number up and keep the cost down. This will be only for the Printed Circuit Board and is not a kit with parts.

This coop will close on Feb 5th at 8:00 pm E.S.T.

The pcb prices will vary greatly with amount so this is a current estimate. I will post the final prices once the coop closes and you can drop out at any time until the order is placed. All coop rules apply. Coops rules have been updated please read them in the first post at the top of this board.

Pm's will be sent to each member at the close of the Coop with the amount and instructions for Paypal. No money is collected until then.

I am quoting 50, 100, 250.

We must hit 50 for me to order any.

Would "no excess ordering on coops for stock" include ordering an extra for backup? If it's allowed, please put me down for two.

For your use is fine. We did not want some one from getting into buying large qty and hanging on to them till the normal supplies dry up and then offering for "a wee bit more than they payed" So that rule is for other than your use. I mean no one needs 48 dongle pcbs for their use right?

R.J. Please add 2 to the two I already have. I am about in the middle of the current list. Please change it to four (4). I about got my buddy at work talked into this. We are engineering copier technicians. I have been doing it for 16 years and he has been a tech for almost 10 years. So.... soldering, multi-meter and figuring stuff out should be a piece of cake. I hope :o. I already have one built and working. I figure the shipping will be about the same and you hit the 100 mark. Best I can tell it will be about $6.15 to add two more. Lets do it please. If he don't take them I will be set to help the next guy in the Oklahoma City area.

This coop is only for the pcb so there is no PIC with it. We have never done a parts coop for the dongle because it never made a savings. We do have plenty of people that will program you pic for you and there is a list in the wiki of them.

Once I dust off my pic programmers (yes multiple) and test programming pics again (its been a little over a year since I last played with one), I would be willing to program pics for anyone that needs one (or two or three) done. No cost other than shipping. No shipping if the user sends a return envelope with the pics... Once I get my Dongle pics and program them, I will post again.

Coop is now closed. Please verify you count is correct on the list in the first post. I will update it with the last changes later this evening so the last enties are not there yet. As always the thread will be locked for a few days to prevent the normal after the coop closed post to ask for them or to ask for more. Then I will open it back up.

Since I am busy programming 530 pic chips I am going to make this easier on me.

Instead of PMs just calculate up what your coop payment is following this posts instructions and paypal it to jordanra@embarqmail.com

You MUST have the following in your paypal payment or it just gets refunded back to you causing extra work for you and I both.

Your shipping address MUST BE setup in paypal. Do not select that it is a gift or money owed, other or any type of payment that would not require me to mail stuff to you or paypal drops the address from the payment to me and I will end up refunding it for no address.

In the comment section: Do not put your address the postage label printing software does not care about this it must be in the shipping address section and this is where your package is going. Instead in the comments section I MUST HAVE your DLA username and that the payment is for XX dongle pcbs on the coop.

Please do not PM me after you pay and say you paid. I will see you paid. If you do not get updated on the list as having paid in 48 hours after you pay let me know then in a pm that you paid and do not show it.

As soon as everyone is paid or 5 days has past I will order the pcbs. They will be to me in about 3 weeks and I will package them and mail them out to you.

This is the way to figure you payment.

The pcbs came out at $2.32 ea to have them made and shipped to me.

  So multiply how many you are on the coop for by $2.46 This is the pcb and fees.

Add $3.75 if you are in the U.S.A.
  Or
  $8.00 if outside the U.S.A
This is your postage

And this is the total paypal amount do not add paypal fees to this.

I would wait until RJ posts in this thread that the dongle coop has been shipped before PMing him about boards. He has also said that he would post in the for sale section when he has extra boards for sale. As others have said, there are sme version 1 boards available by a few board memebers.

All dongle pcbs have shipped. Give them 8 working days in the U.S. to get to you and then if you have not seen them by then let me know via PM.

For those out of country I can only guess how long mail takes to get to you. If I owed you fuses from the Express coop you will find them in the same pack.

Unaware of anyone still looking for their order so I am moving this coop to the finished coop section. As they said in the 80's..
