Title: dongle pieces fairchild mobeft;512fqp27p06

does anyone know  where i can get TWO fairchild mobfet 512fqp27p06,  on the webpage i have to spend a min of twentyfive dollars and these togethor are only around three dollars, i only need two can anyone help or have any ideas?

bill, thanks for the reply, i have a question, did you mean fqp27p06, that is the part i need, your reply had fqp11p06,
if it is fqp11po6 will it work in place of the fqp27p06. ,if so let me know and i will pm you my info

The Jack can be replaced with mouser # 571-5520252-4  Only difference is it is keyed (does not matter but makes it a few cents more.)

The Clock can be replaced with mouser # 815-ACH-40-EK  just a different manufactor.

The Tranisitor can be replaced with mouser # 512-FQP11P06  With no changes.

All which is in stock.

As of today

For the FQP27P06:

Mouser shows 6,966 on order with 3,000 due in on 1/11/2011.
DigiKey shows 0 in stock and Lead Time as "Call DigiKey"
Newark shows 0 in stock and Lead Time 132 days

For the FQP11P06

Mouser shows 6,000 on order but no due date with a 40 week lead time.
DigiKey shows 0 and "Obsolete item; call Digi-Key for more information".
Newark shows "No results found"

With that being said I purchased my FQP2706 MOSFETs from online components.com - http://www.onlinecomponents.com/buy/FAIRCHILD/FQP27P06/ - they currently show 0 in stock but 2,000 Due 10/3/10.  They have a minimum $35.00 order so I ordered my top entry RJ45 Jacks from them - http://www.onlinecomponents.com/buy/AMP-TYCO/5520260-4/ to make up the difference.  You could run some other MFG P/Ns through their search box to see if they have other items you need to make it to $35.00.  They may have slighter higher prices than the other vendors but if you need this MOSFET for this season they might be your best bet.

Just my 2 cents worth.

You might want to check with onlinecomponents.com about that part arriving 10/3/10.  I was told by their online customer service rep that this was pushed back and expected in something like 40 weeks.

I would do that.  I went with what they had posted on their site at the time I posted this.  I already ordered through onlinecomponents.com and have received my order earlier this summer.

Thanks for the heads up though.  I wonder if they've updated their website.

Edit: Cost was $2.80 shipped via USPS for one. No minimum order at Digikey.

That's Digikey's indicator that you can buy qty. 1.  It's the same part.
