I am in the process of building my first dongle. I received the enclosure and realized that I need to make some cutouts for the USB port, RJ45 and LED’s. Is there a template out there somewhere? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

in the manual, right under the picture at the top after the notice, and before the introduction
If you do not have a case with pre-cut holes, you will need to cut two square holes and drill two holes for the LED's. Use a 9/64 inch drill bit to make the holes for the LED's and use the following templates for making the square holes.

Perfect! That is just what I was looking for. On the square cutouts any suggestions. I have a round punch set but not square ones.

Drill out the center and then either use a file or dremel type tool

or even a small blade hack saw, jig saw (one you have the hole drilled)
