Title: Spec for correct 49.9 ohm resistor
Post by: pHoZfoRus on February 02, 2012,
Hi everyone - RJ has already kindly dispatched the replacement resistors for the EtD, however it appears that they may not make it in the mail to Australia (posted from the US around the 15th Dec).

I am looking to find them locally, however I would like to confirm the specs on the resistor before ordering.  Are they 1/4 watt as per the below Mouser link?

Thanks in advance.  Russell

Hi Russell-

The link you posted is the correct part - 49.9 ohms 1%  1/4 W

Thanks pk. Gotta order these so I can get into building the EtD.  The anticipation is killing me!

be sure to use the latest firmware and dll's in the Wiki.  The files were updated yesterday.

I've got to admit that I didn't wait for the 49.9 Ohm resistors. I just used 2 x 100 Ohm resistors in parallel, seems to work OK.

Cheers
