Can the Bobcat DMX Servo Controller controll stepper motors? I bought 3 a while back and I would be nice if I could you then in a project.

A servo and a stepper are two very different things so I would say no.

You could build a controller for it, but then you would have just made your own digital servo...
Depending on how big they are, it may or may not be worth it...

That's for-profit pricing for you...

There is probably less than $30 of parts and materials there, but it's low volume and they need to recover the design and board creation/proofing costs, plus stocking, building, money processing, etc.

It would be a lot cheaper to just buy a new servo motor then by that stuff. If I only would have stayed in electronics instead of changing may major to computers, but then again I would not have the job I current have.
