Title: New pics for Wiki, using newest PCB v2

I've taken pics.  I noticed the wiki's current pics did not reflect the latest v2 PCB.  I captured the entire sequence.  If you want to take some, all, or none of the pics for the wiki or your documentation... feel free.

The pics include the PIC programming step, and test/validation steps.

Another member is suppose to be working on a new manual for the MR16. If they can't they those pictures will come in handy

 You can use Steve's pictures the one I sent you of the new resistors is the really only change to the assembly that is why I have not sent you anymore.
