just thought i would mention my idea for mounting the boards to the new enclosures that don't have all the holes line up. go buy a pack of plastic anchors for a couple of bucks and cut them down. they have the ribs in them for gripping and the ribs give you a guide line to cut on so all your bushings stay the same length. works great!pack of stainless 3/4 screws,run them threw and then take a file to remove the remainder of the screw sticking threw the back side of the enclosure. gives a nice clean finish and you don't have the headache of all the nuts and bolts. just my thoughts to help out if possible.
