Good to hear it was all corrected, but just FYI the LE will fit in a CG-2000 enclosure.  I just got done mounting mine (I had an extra and no CG-1500).

I did have to ream out one of the pcb holes by about 1/4" to make it fit, but it works well now.  I'll just have to keep all my pigtails tidy.

I wouldn't be able to answer that, I don't use wireless so haven't seen the size of the module.

Although the main board of the 16 channel controller does fit in the cg-2000 enclosure; it appears by the picture that the wireless module would not fit.
