ordering smart strings

I was getting ready to order some smart strings when I read where RJ says not to pay ray until the goods are received.  Has anyone had any issues? Also, on the wiki page for the (10pcs/lot3 Core White Waterproof Line,15cm long each;male and female ) is this 10 male and female or 5 male and female?

When you order and pay from Ray's site - the payment goes into a escrow -  what RJ is saying do not release the escrow early until your goods have arrived.

when you order from Ray, Aliexpress uses a escrow system, where the final step is you click a button to show that you received your items (which releases payment to ray,)

so basically, check your items over to make sure everything is ok.  if something's not ok, then contact ray to try to make everything right.
then release your payment, after it's all worked out.

I used the escrow system once and used a paypal address for Ray for my other order.  Odds are your credit card will decline to process the charge until you call them.  I called them and had them stay online while I paid and the charge cleared.  They can actually see the transaction processing as it occurs.

most flag it because its coming from China - mine did.  They were on the phone with me within 5 min asking about the charge, verified it, and then its been ok ever since on that vendor.  Its just your CC fraud dept doing their job
