channel not responding (SOLVED)

Channel 5 works when i test on the LE but does not respond to any commands from the dongle.

What could be the problem?

Is the opto in backwards?

there is not an opto in the LE. But i checked all the components and there is not any solder bridges.

What software are you using? Do you have the channel disabled in the software for output?

vixen and ive gone through all channels and there all enabled

solved it was the vixen profile causing the fit... For some reason it acted as if the channel didnt exist even though i had 16 shown.... redid my profile and works fine.... ty for all the ideas

My bad i was thinking optocouplers not optio isolaters
