Internal Server Error

Anyhone else get this error when trying to build a picture routine?  I keep getting it no matter what picture I try using windows explorer or google chrome.

this error usually means your effect took too long to generate. you will need to do a local install which removes the timeout issue.

follow steps in first post here

or make your event duration time short until you have tweaked it to your satisfaction.  I've moved all my online effects to 10 sec and will make them longer if need be on the local install.
