DSC splitting

Is it possible to split the output from a DSC? For instance if I want to run two separate 1 m flex strips that mirror each other can I just create  a splitter Y pigtail and drive both of them from one DSC?

A DSC is simply controlling the voltage going to the strips so as long as you remain within the current limits of the device, it really doesn't care about splits.  If you are reaching or exceeding the current limits of the DSC, you can simply use wo of them set to the same starting address and they will mirror each other just like splitting the wire between two strings.
If at first you don't succeed,
your not cut out for sky diving

That is what I thought. I am trying to use some extra parts and pieces and thought I could make some stars or spinners. I have a couple of meters leftover flex strip 50/50 and dime DSCs. I am trying to use one DSC for the same channel on two spinners so that I only need 4 DSC for two spinners.
