Error on Local Instal when opening Manage Projects

I receive the following error when I try to open a project on my local instal. I installed smeighan-nutcracker-1.0-322-ge369c2a to night.

Issue fixed.  This was caused by my stupid laptop.  My thumb sometimes accidently hits the finger pad and moves the cursor when I don't notice.  This had a wierd side-effect of splitting some text code which php did not like at all.  It is fixed now on Github.
