Can't get schedule to start
« on: November 22, 2012, »
This is the information that the window keeps giving me:
"Plugin Error:
(router)
An output plugin caused the following exception:
(Router plugins)
An output plugin caused the following exception:
Source array was not long enough. Check srcIndex and length, and the array's lower bounds.
Execution has been stopped."
I started my timer for 4:30 central time and that window popped up. I have even switched out my dongle and chords, reset and detached every sequence from my profile, rescheduled, and it keeps giving me that window. Please help before I  <md..

Thank you for any advice, Scott

Scott, what software are you running your show with? Should probably post this question in that section

Looks like a Vixen error. Most likely you didn't setup the program properly

The middle section under the program name you should select the first or section option (program's plugin setup or use a profile) Then make sure that has the correct info (number of channels, com port ,etc)

Also make sure the very bottom you leave the seconds delay between sequences at Zero

Hope that helps
