I am in the market looking to buy a new or used system to set up leaping arches?

Lol really new to this hobby and hope that someone will sell me product and maybe point me in the right direction

It is not that simple.  You have lots to learn.  Start reading and get ready for next year, but a dongle and two LEs is what would be minimum for me.  That gives you 4 eight channel arches.

We are do it yourself light animation.

We coop kits that you build yourself. Any completed equipment that is sold is generally someone getting rid of stuff that they have built and no longer need.

If you are willing to DIY, this s a great place to learn and start planning for next year...

Well , there ARE other places/forums  you CAN buy a completed board already built right now . .. but at THIS point , its more important to ask how many TOTAL channels are you looking for and which program do you plan on using ?
