Board Display Is Out

Fellow light blinkers,
One of the LE boards doesn't have the display any longer. It did this once before and after a reboot it came back to life. Now nothing. When I push reset and then the select button a few times the 16 green leds chase. Any thoughts?

Check the little capacitor between the display and large led driver chip

Make sure the insulation on the leds are not blocking the solder joint connection.
