Fade issues with spirals / vixen export ?

On a megatree using the spiral effect with fade in - fade out, the very last pixel does not get the fade applied.

This is only a minor issue.

But when I went on line and created the fade_test effect, (as an example for you to look at), and I then the exported the vixen .vir file to my hard drive, the file was saved with a htm extension not with the vir extension.

Make sure that if you are using an effect and saving the file via effect menu (not project) that you read the prompts carefully.  Usually from effect it has you doing a LEFT click first (to run some more code for creating the output file), then having you do a RIGHT click save after the output code was run.  In the future (aka after this season), this is something that I think we should change so that when you gen the effect, you have also selected the output type (like in project) when you submit the effect.

I believe that this is why you got an HTML file and not the file you were expecting.
