I like the matrix idea down the fence but think it looked better when he had those floods at each pillar in previous years.

Looks like El Paso Texas

Yea, he has a really big insurance agency/company that serves a huge part of Texas, New Mexico and Arizona. TONS of customers and literally dozens and dozens of employees. Really big in the Hispanic community. I am told that he a good prices and decent service, but I have never used him.
This is his home in El Paso Texas. it get bigger and better each year. But his actual involvement is writing the check, and I have heard that it is a pretty big one!

It didn't dawn on me that i knew the name until later after i posted this.  I remember hearing the Fred Loya insurance commercials from when i was stationed in in Central Texas.

People that pay to have it done kinda kill it for me.. It's much more gratifying to actually have created the "magic" everyone sees. Sad though when i no longer see just a strand of lights on a house when i pass by, i'm like those are leds or hey hunny thats what c7s look like... She is getting annoyed to say the least.. Sorry for being off topic.
