Yeah. I agree .. the rain is a pain when you are working on or running a show. It shuts both down ....
Its the most wonderful time of the year.

It's been raining here in the PNW for a week straight! I work in a rain jacket and under a tiny umbrella bits the sideways rain that kills me.

This is the first year I am too chicken to run a show in the rain.  Just got everything up and running yesterday.  Totally freaked out about all the SS gear getting wet.

Here in the PNW if we shut the show down for rain we would never have a show.  <fp.

Hope you got your work done.  It's 62F and raining here again and more rain on the forecast.

Thanks, but I don't want anymore waterproofing tests...

Was hoping it would let up but not happening.

So I scramble to finish setting and test running my show Saturday and I awake to a very rainy day and some lights are on.  I go to check it out and here I must have not fully closed a LE case since it was wide open in the rain   :o  Yesterday I start checking to see how bad the damage was and after getting rid of the standing water, the moisture dried up from the heat of the controllers and problems went away.   8)

I can't complain in Northern VA.  I took the day off today because we had 70 degree weather (I still don't have my show up.  I have my mega tree, my mini trees, my star, my eaves, and my upstairs lights wrapped.  I still need to put out my spots, my strobes, and my SS matrix)  It is supposed to rain tomorrow, though.  Today was absolutely gorgeous!
