Harbor's where I go too.  Always inexpensive there.  I think I used about 600 of them this year.

there are some longer ones, but tons of the smaller ones at advance auto parts.
they have that bin where the have assorted tools for cheap.  there are large tube of about 1000 wire ties for around $7.99
no shipping!

I get all my cable ties for free.... perk of working at a semi trailer plant.. we have the 8 inch ones and the 2'ft ones. I think there 2 ft might be 1 foot but there huge.
