Xlights scheduler quitting

I am running an older laptop with win xp. Xlights 2011c. ETD to active hub. E131 setup correctly. I know this setup is correct as I can test all lights successfully as well as play entire playlist successfully. I've had it running for two weeks now. I just have to manually play all and the manually shut it down each night.
Every time I try to schedule a playlist it quits Xlights. I then reopen Xlights and it plays my playlist audio only. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Maybe you guys can help me as well, since I'm having similar issues.

Win7 Ultimate, i7 3.4 gHz, 16gb ram.           LSP 2.5 > Light Elf > xLights

Playlist plays manually fine ... sometimes fires up when scheduled, but 99 times outta 100 it fails and gives me the following window.

I scheduled a coupla shows and sat here and watched them play w/o issue - I step out for dinner ... CRASH. Got back and restarted manually. It says it will run until my scheduled stop time

I am leaving on vacation at the end of the week, and I would like it to run while I'm gone - No chance it will in its current state (me babysitting it).

Ideas??

Please give the new 2012d version a try and see if that resolves the issues. Thanks,
