New Site is not outputting LSP files

I have tried several effects with exactly the same results.

A UserPatterns.xml file is produced but there is no data in the file.

Are u using effect generation or Projects?

I tried effect generation, it produced a 70mbyte file for the effect.
I then loaded a couple of effects in LSP, it worked fine. In effect generation you can pick as many effects as you have created to be put into the UserPatterns file.


Ill go and try Projects.

Process I used:
Logged into the new site.
Selected Effects
Clicked 'Submit Form to Customize effect' button
Choose the 'ARCHES13 (1x0) 13 Arches lining the front yard.
Selected 'SS_ARCH_RED_GREEN_01' from the 'Library of Effects'
After the details filled in, Clicked 'Submit Form to create your effect' button
There was an error message 'sh: gnuplot: command not found' and no graphic produced under the arch segment chart.
Leaving the Single Strand configuration chart as it is I clicked the 'Submit Form to create your effect' button
There was a whole string of commands like:
save_effects_user_segment: query=replace into effects_user_segment
         (username,effect_name,segment,param_name,param_value) values
         ('MrChristmas2000','SS_ARCH_RED_GREEN_01','1','color1','#FF0000')
etc etc
I then left clicked the first LSP option 'Left Click here to make UserPatterns.xml file'
I selected the '../effects/workspaces/59/ARCHES13~SS_ARCH_RED_GREEN_01.nc'
then clicked 'Submit Form to create a UserPatterns.xml for checked effects'
When the results appeated I right clicked on the link 'Right Click here for ../effects/workspaces/59/UserPatterns.xml.' and saved the file to my system.

The file that was produced is here:

I logge din as you
selected the same target and effect and created the effect.
i also got the gnuplot not found error. This does not effect the effect generated only the gif preview.

I will look into the gnuplot issue.

I then clicked to make a UserPatterns file.

Went into LSP and copied and pasted the effect to my empty timeline. It worked.

i am not sure what you are seeing.

I went back through the same process except that I didn't press the generate button on the screen with the arch chart. I did get output but when I loaded it into my sequence it was only one and a half arches worth of data, not 13 as expected.

I also downloaded your file and got the identical results of one and a half arches.

That would be great but when I use my arches string model with the effect 'SS_ARCH_TEST' (Prior to setting up the colors) I get the following message page:

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, your webmaster and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
