Hello Matt -
I am experiencing a problem.  Under the sequence tab when I select "Models" I immediately get a error window stating xLights.exe has stopped working . . . and shuts down the program.  I am running windows 8 64bit 8gb ram.   I had no problem with the previous release 2012d.

Any suggestions?

Awesome work on xLights!!

Pete
Strange, I am on 64bit windows 8 and the latest version is working fine.

I would be tempted to do a complete uninstall including removing the xlights folder under program files.  I would leave the xlights data folder alone.  I have had no problems running it on multiple systems win7 x64 with 6, 8 or 12gb of RAM, so I would guess it is not a windows x64 issue.

+1 Same issue

Same issue I reported earlier as well.

The issue is that you have not set a show directory yet. Once that is done, you will no longer get the error. This will be fixed in the next release.

Matt, I continue to work with 2012e and think it will be great for next Halloween and Christmas.

but - would it be difficult to make the Text field hold more than 30 characters?  I'm not looking for unlimited, but I do keep running a few characters short on some single line text.

Thanks.  Jon
