I am working on tools for next year right now. A bulb tester and a bulb press. Once those are done I still have a dmx tester, mr16, and a servo board to solder for next year

I will start by finishing my unbuilt aethers and the rest of my pixel projects.  Maybe I can have a complete show next year.  LOL.

this was my first year so i am taking the rest of 2012 off! my next task is figuring out where i am going to store all this stuff!!! lol      but with that said:

32 strand 180 rgb mega tree with a 3d star on top.
spend more time sequencing and add more songs.
4 animated singing trees from holiday coro(probably make my own)
line my sidewalk and driveway, not sure if i want to use arches or candy canes
add a virtual santa
add strobes
add aether 2's
add 16-32 channels to the neighbors

i am sure there will be more. this is the perfect hobby. i like it, and it keeps me busy doing things.

duane

2012  192 dmx channels
          1500 rgb channels

        8000+ rgb channels
        40,000 lights

I'm already working on 2013's Halloween show.  I started sequencing my (projected) show a couple of days ago, and been flipping through the wiki and doing calculations of how much its going to cost me this year (NOT pretty).

The wife walked in the other day while I was reading through the build instructions for the EthD... She said "This is like porn to you!"  <;d

The funny thing is, she's just as bad!  I look at equipment, and she keeps telling me what she wants to add!

I'll be building some North Poles with imbedded security cameras - since I had some objects stolen this year!

That really stinks!  Sorry to hear that.  I set up security cameras after losing some Halloween stuff 2 years back.  Haven't had an issue since.

I've just finished 3 x 6 foot x 6 foot LED singers for Halloween 2013. Each has 6 channels of control and will be controlled by my newly built Lynx Expresses.

Yes, I am already planning a lot of stuff right now, because my father helps me and only can help in the first few months each year, so I gotta plan so I can get him busy,
