Hello everyone! Couple questions on weatherproofing...
Cat5 cables ... they are pretty thin and oxidize fairly quickly, any alternatives?

Login on my connectors to help with corrosion and oxidation, others use corrosion X or similar products.
Eclosures... if i make my own, do they need to be able to "breathe " ?
Depends on what's in them, it's not a bad idea for a case to allow heat to exit, none of my cases are air tight and so far no problems.
Smart pixel strings... everyones thoughts on spacing? 6" too far? 4" too close?
And finally...
COOP 's .... we need them to start!!!!!!!

I guess it all depends on the look your going for, my Mega Tree pixels are spaced about 3 1/2" apart. 4" might have been a little better, 6" too much.
As far as coops go, the first Lynx Express is already running and others will begin soon, let the coop manager get there displays put away.
