So  the EtherDongle PCB/SMD chips mounted for $43in the store & another $52 to Mouser. Then the Conductor/Slave Pcb with SMD Socket Mounted is $15 plus another $7 to Mouser. Just want to make sure before I jump in. I currently am running 400 channels off the Lynx Dongle.

I have not checked Mouser pricing, but yes that sounds correct.

In addition to the Mouser BOM, there are a few items you need from Sparkfun for the conductor.  The wiki lists them (MP3 board, RTC board, battery, and header)
