This is what I am seeing. The string on the left is the current V3 mod the one on the right is the unsupported 1st V3 mod. This is running with a sequence built in LSP and converted to conductor format. This video is after 3 and a half hours of run time through the conductor. When I first started the sequence red and white would flicker badly not green or blue. As time has elapsed red has stopped and blue started for a while and has since stopped. So right now only white is flickering. Green never did that I am aware of.

If I can provide more detail of my strips let me know. 

While we're at it, I believe the color order of the rectangular nodes has changed.  IIRC I used the flex strip setting from the utility to program them.
