Can you recreate the delay issue with a brand new seq using the mp3 or ogg file?
Is there any LSP configuration difference between the seq that has a delay issue and the ones that don't?
Just throwing out some ideas for the needle in the haystack

I can try and create a new sequence with a new MP3 file. I can't create it with an OGG file, since LSP doesn't like OGG files ( it screws up the audio scrubbing)
That's the strange thing, these are all brand new sequences this year and there's no difference between each set up in LSP (I'm very careful how I set them up and how the MP3s are encoded because of issues I saw last year with lights lagging in the LSP scheduler)
