12 hours to go ..

I will have my quad bypass operation tomorrow from 9am-2pm. MST
I will be at St Joseph Hospital in Denver.
My name will be public listed so you might be able to get messages to me while i am there.
I will be kept under for most all of friday. Saturday will start the physical therapy of walking and breathing (Sternum and possible broken ribs make breathing not as much fun as it was before)

The told my wife not to stay overnight on friday but come fully rested on saturday. When I asked why she should be rested, their answer "So she can get you up and walking".

Seems like another honey do list to me...

Good luck and hopefully your wife can get some sleep. I know she will be concern. I saw my dad go though triple bypass and it was hard on my mom.

My father got a cute stuffed teddy bear with his bypass. You are supposed to hug it and press it into your chest when coughing or sneezing so you don't damage your stiches. I think his name was sir coughington or something like that. Good luck.
