Thanks for the info. See in reply #3 where I listed the color outcomes with a 70 pixel string set on "string". I programmed the flex strip with all the other selections and could not match them up. I'm going to try programming the string to something different with the flex strip set to flex.

tried a few more combinations and found one that works.

the string has to be set as a flexible ribbon and the flexible ribbon set as a rectangle module.
